Credit Care Update

Hello Everyone
I have some good news for those of you who used Credit Care to pay for your treatments. Call them and ask for a dipute form. Fill it ALL out and submit as much evidence as possible. Print out any emails you had with them especially if they said they will reopen. In fact, you would need this anyway for the lawsuit. Also, submit the BBB complaints and attach a very detail story of what happened to you as well.

Now I can't say this will work for everyone. But it has worked so far for a few. You won't get the whole 100% but something is better than nothing. I would just say try.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great responses through email. We are working hard to figure out what we can do. As they say.. One person can make a difference. If I don't reply to you quickly please understand that we have been getting overwhelming amounts of email. But keep it coming... We want to hear from you. This will help our case!!
